All junior high and high school students will get an invitation to join the Focus 3 Google Classroom. Please be sure that you accept this by Monday.
This is an important message for all juniors! Concession workers are needed for the volleyball game tonight and tomorrow. Please let Mrs. Eckley know if you are able to work either of these games.
The JV volleyball team fell to Antwerp Saturday in 2 sets, while the varsity fought but lost in 3. Cailyn Meyers had 6 kills, 4 blocks, 13 assists, 17 digs, and an ace, Rylee Walker had 4 kills, 6 blocks, an assist, and 3 digs, Anna Burt had 11 kills, a block, 7 assists, and 12 digs, Maddie Zimmerman had 3 assists and 22 digs, Mia Lawson had 7 digs, Emmi Hollstein had 4 kills, 5 blocks, and 2 digs, Kenzie Hickman had a kill, an assist, 15 digs, and 2 aces, and Mallory Groves had 8 digs, a kill and a block.
The high school cross country team competed at the Fayette Invitational Saturday. Carter Eckley was a medalist with a 13th place finish while Jett Roose finished 76th. For the junior high, Easton Fidler finished 17th with a new PR of 13.33, Landon Eckley finished 19th with a new PR of 13:42, Dayne Fidler finished 37th with a new PR of 14:51, and Eric Lopez and Tucker Turner finished 54th and 58th. The teams are back in action against Edon, Edgerton, and Montpelier tomorrow at 4:30 in Edon.
In honor of Patriot Day on Sept. 11 and Constitution Day, please wear red, white, and blue on Tuesday, Sept. 17.
This Wednesday and Thursday are school picture days for all NC students. As a reminder, ALL students must have their picture taken for the yearbook, regardless of whether you purchase pictures or not. All junior high and high school students will have their picture taken on Thursday.
Seniors and any juniors who do not attend the trip to Defiance College on Monday should report to the Eagle Room during Academic Assist on Monday to meet with the admissions counselor from the University of Toledo.
Juniors and seniors who are interested in the health career field and would like to participate in Parkview's Launch Day to learn more about these careers, please email Miss Ridinger by Wednesday, Sept. 25.
Juniors and seniors who are interested in taking a practice ACT, please let Miss Ridinger know by Thursday, Oct. 3.
