NC Department of Athletic Announcements:

OHSAA tournament action starts tomorrow for our high school basketball.

Our Lady Eagles are up first in tournament action and take the court tomorrow, Saturday, Feb. 21, at Fayette HS when they battle the Fayette Eagles with a tipoff at 2:00 p.m. for a sectional final.
(The men play next Thursday at Edon.)

Tickets may be purchased at the door with CASH or online (https://www.ohsaa.org/tickets under girls’ basketball and search for NC). OHSAA charges are set at $10 for adults and $5 for students.

Summer Recreation Registration forms are available in the office.  This is for T-Ball, Pee-Wee, Minor League, Major League, Spring Pony League, Summer Pony League and Summer ACME League.  All leagues will register on Thursday, February 19 and Friday, February 20 from 5:00-7:00 p.m. at the Pioneer Community Center.  Deadline for sign-ups is February 27th.  

This is an important message for parents and community supporters. Our Eagles are in need of people to help at spring track meets. If interested, please contact the athletic department at 419.737.2366, ext. 5217.
